Rules
Mode31
model search is open to all legal female residents of the United
States. Ten finalists will be selected.
Only
one entry per contestant is authorized. A maximum of 4 photos
per entry will be accepted. Photos will not be returned. The
ten finalists accepted will be notified by e-mail, phone and
will be posted on the Mode31 Website.
Prize
may not be redeem for cash value. Prize is non-transferable.
Entries and photos will not be returned. While we reserved
the right each finalist and winners names and photos. All other
contact information submitted will be held in strict confidence.
Employees and family members of Mode31 and its affiliates are
not able to participate in this competition.
The
ten finalists will each receive an all expense paid trip, which
will including a round trip coach airfare (from airport nearest
to models hometown) and hotel accommodations including taxes.
Mode31 have the legal right including but not limited to all
trademarks, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property
rights.
Submission
of an entry expressly gives Mode31 and all parties acting in
concert with Mode31 the right to modify, edit, publish or otherwise
change or exploit
the images contained in the materials in any manner whatsoever. Entries and
other submitted materials become the property of Mode31 and will not be acknowledged
or returned. All entrants releases Mode31 and all parties acting in concert
with Mode31 there respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, directors,
officers, and all other entities associates with the development and executions
of this competition from any and all liability from injury, loss or damages
of any kind resulting from the participation in this promotion and/or from
acceptance, possession or use in any prize. Contestant, finalists and winner
agree to adhere to the rules of this competition.
